Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CrabQR™, available at https://crabqr.com, https://crabqr.co and https://geniusaddons.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use and accept responsibility for adherence to any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service. The content and software is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

License of Use

Permission is granted to use CrabQR™ for personal, educational, or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You retain all ownership rights to your QR code designs, target URLs, custom styling, landing pages, and generated QR code images. QR codes you create may be used for any lawful purpose.

Under this license, you may not:

• - Modify, copy, or reverse engineer the software
• - Use the service for illegal or malicious purposes
• - Generate QR codes that link to harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content including malware, phishing sites, or illegal materials
• - Attempt to circumvent scan tracking, rate limits, or subscription quotas
• - Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• - Transfer your license to another person without authorization
• - Use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• - Exceed your subscription plan limits for scans or QR code generation
• - Abuse the service in ways that negatively impact other users

Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CrabQR™ at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service immediately. Your QR codes may or may not continue to function, but you will lose access to analytics dashboards, management features, custom landing pages, and the ability to edit or delete QR codes. Scan tracking will continue but you will not be able to view the analytics data.

Disclaimer

CrabQR™ is provided "as is." CrabQR™ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, CrabQR™ does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of QR code generation, scan tracking accuracy, analytics data accuracy, uptime, redirect functionality, landing page display, or any other functionality provided through the service. QR code scanning depends on third-party devices, camera capabilities, and lighting conditions. We do not guarantee that QR codes will scan correctly on all devices or in all conditions.

Limitations

In no event shall CrabQR™ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost revenue, business interruption, loss of QR code analytics data, failed scans, redirect failures, or reputational damage from inappropriate QR code destinations) arising out of the use or inability to use CrabQR™, even if CrabQR™ or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages; these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The content and features of CrabQR™ could include technical, typographical, or other errors. CrabQR™ does not warrant that the service, QR code generation, scan tracking, or analytics features are error-free, accurate, complete, or current. CrabQR™ may make changes to the service, features, subscription plans, or pricing at any time without notice. However, CrabQR™ does not make any commitment to update previously generated QR codes or historical analytics data.

Links

CrabQR™ is not responsible for the destination URLs that users create QR codes for. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their QR codes link to appropriate, legal, safe, and non-harmful content. CrabQR™ has not reviewed the destination URLs and is not responsible for the contents of any linked website. The inclusion of any URL in a QR code does not imply endorsement by CrabQR™ of that site or content. Users assume all risks associated with the content they link to through QR codes. Use of any destination URLs is at the scanner's own risk.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime Plan grants access to CrabQR™ for the lifetime of the application's availability. "Lifetime" refers to the period during which CrabQR™ remains actively supported and maintained by Genius Addons. In the event that CrabQR™ is discontinued, users will be notified in advance and QR code redirect functionality will remain active for a reasonable transition period.

Modifications to Terms

CrabQR™ may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

Governing Law

Any claim related to CrabQR™ shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
