• - Use the service to send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or violate CAN-SPAM or GDPR regulations
• - Exceed the daily Gmail sending limits imposed by Google or your subscription plan

Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Massy Mail™ at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service immediately.

Massy Mail™ is provided "as is." Massy Mail™ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. While we strive for reliability, Massy Mail™ does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of email delivery, open or click tracking rates, Gmail API availability, or any other functionality provided through the service. Email delivery and daily sending quotas are governed by Google's Gmail API policies, which are outside Massy Mail™'s control.

Limitations

In no event shall Massy Mail™ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, undelivered emails, missed campaign sends, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Massy Mail™, even if Massy Mail™ or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages; these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The content and features of Massy Mail™ could include technical, typographical, or other errors. Massy Mail™ does not warrant that the service or campaign features are error-free, accurate, complete, or current. Massy Mail™ may make changes to the service, features, or pricing at any time without notice. However, Massy Mail™ does not make any commitment to update previously configured campaigns or templates.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime Plan grants access to Massy Mail™ for the lifetime of the application's availability. "Lifetime" refers to the period during which Massy Mail™ remains actively supported and maintained by Genius Addons. In the event that Massy Mail™ is discontinued, users will be notified in advance.

Modifications to Terms

Massy Mail™ may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

Governing Law

Any claim related to Massy Mail™ shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
