Lifetime Plan Terms

The Lifetime Plan grants access to Termi™ for the lifetime of the application's support or 99 years from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. "Lifetime" refers to the period during which Termi™ remains actively supported and maintained by Genius Addons. In the event that Termi™ is discontinued, users will be notified in advance. No refunds will be provided for Lifetime Plan purchases in the event of discontinuation, but users will retain access for the remainder of the notice period.

Modifications to Terms

Termi™ may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

Any claim related to Termi™ shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
